Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification, preferred.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse receiving related position required, healthcare distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in utilizing a warehouse management system (WMS) for receiving preferred.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Principal Accountabilities

• Review purchase orders to ensure they match packing lists.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Unload trucks.
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organize and store received items properly.
• Update the system with received items and quantities.
• Communicate delays or issues to Purchasing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Manage inventory counts and order requests.
• Keep the receiving area clean and organized.
• Report equipment issues promptly.
• Follow safety rules to ensure a safe environment.
• Work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to caring for our community by providing compassionate, personalized, and efficient experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
