The incumbent maintains accurate and timely records of all interpretation encounters. The interpreter identifies and assists in fulfilling the psychosocial needs of the non-English speaking patients, visitors and guests. **Minimum Qualifications:** **High School Diploma or GED equivalent must be competent and proficient orally in Spanish and English.** **One (1) year of experience in medical interpretation in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience, healthcare experience preferred.
