Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Supplemental Athletic Coach to assist in the development and coaching of student-athletes in various sports programs. This position will focus on enhancing individual and team performance, supporting the head coach, and promoting a positive and inclusive athletic environment. The Supplemental Athletic Coach will work closely with athletes, coaches, and staff to help guide students toward their full potential, both in sport and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with planning and implementing daily practice sessions, drills, and team strategies.
• Provide individualized coaching and support to athletes to help improve their technical skills, athletic performance, and teamwork.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages the growth and development of all student-athletes.
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills, strength, and conditioning.
• Support the organization and management of game-day operations, including warm-ups, player preparation, and team logistics.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to set team goals and help track progress toward those goals.
• Assist in the monitoring of athlete eligibility, attendance, and participation requirements.
• Ensure that all practices and events comply with relevant regulations, rules, and school policies.
• Help maintain and organize athletic equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during training and events.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and respect for others.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding athlete progress and team matters.
• Contribute to the recruitment of new athletes and support the retention of current team members.

Qualifications
