About You
You are a Primary Care Provider with extensive clinical experience. You are comfortable with broad spectrum primary care and eager to care for patients in the modality that makes the most sense for them (virtually, in-person, and asynchronously). You are driven to improve systems that enable personalized, empathetic care for individuals and families in the community and eager to find a modern practice that supports approaching patient care in ways that make meaningful and real impact to their lives.
This is an in-person role supporting our patients located in Atlanta, Georgia on a part time basis, 1-2 days/week. The office location is 4300 Paces Ferry Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
The annualized salary range for a 40-hour workweek is $290,000. Depending on your schedule, which is either 1 or 2 days per week, the range will be between $58,000 and $116,000.
The employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation: This position requires the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. The job involves frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to perform various tasks.
