Job summary

Job description

This position is part of the Department of War, War Media Activity. The incumbent will be responsible for collecting, developing, analyzing, and providing data pertaining to personnel, budget, and programs under the control of the Director, and plans immediate and long-range resource requirements.

You may qualify at the GS-13, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

• A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Developing, analyzing, and providing personnel, budget and programs and plans, immediate and long-range resource requirement data.
• Performing and directing studies, analyzing results, and providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders.
• Identifying actual and potential problems, researching and developing remediation courses of action, and presenting information to leaderships.
• Research developing, staffing, and adjudicating new or revised policy directives and procedures.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
