Job description

This position is part of the DoW, Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is part of the Acquisition & Sustainment Directorate, in the Advanced Capabilities Office. The incumbent will be responsible for: Adherence to the MDA Acquisition Governance Process to include understanding the charters and authorities of the agenc You may qualify at the NH04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS 13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 3 of the 5 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:

• Classification Domain - Collateral Programs (Unclassified through Collateral TS/SCI)
• Programmatic Focus - Lifecycle program management, rapid baseline scaling, sustainment, and systems modernization, research and development lead working with DoD and the labs.
• Fiscal Authority - Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) collateral programs; POM formulation; FAR/DFARS execution.
• Transition Function - Leads industrial base production and fielding for collateral programs, transition to other programs of record, other DoD components, OGA, or Industry.
• Collateral PM Portfolio / Science & Technology Lead; PPBE & Resource Allocation; Civilian Workforce Management; Strategic Planning; Federal Lab Primary Lead
