Naval Health Center Annapolis is seeking a Supervisory Medical Records Technician under a Direct Hire Solicitation.
Qualified applicants must have one year of specialized experience that includes screening medical records for accuracy, using Microsoft Office Suite, reviewing or assigning work, and guiding others on handling medical records; substitution of education for experience is not permitted.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes screening medical records for accuracy utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, assigning or reviewing work of others, and providing guidance or training on the handling of medical records. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
