This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, headquartered in Washington, District of Columbia. Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Manage the planning, direction, and execution of all organizational operations; and provide administrative and technical oversight to subordinate staff. Lead and/or provide expert analysis and evaluation of work processes and policies, and management practices and work operations, taking into full consideration complex legislative, programmatic and management issues and problems.

Conduct time sensitive analytical and evaluative studies of administrative management systems, work simplification, resource utilization, and decision-making studies. Establish and maintain contacts with other Government agencies and private organizations to exchange information on management planning objectives and other management planning and control systems and/or processes related to assigned areas.

Requirements & Education

Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
