A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Supervisory Clinical Laboratory Scientist to oversee laboratory operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and a Bachelor's degree. The position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program, providing potential reimbursement for student loans.
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Eligibility requirements must be met according to VHA policy, and the application must be submitted within four months of appointment. The award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined after review by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office.
Applicants pending completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be tentatively selected but cannot be hired until all requirements are fulfilled.
Experience in multiple laboratory sections including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, and Pre-Analytical Services.
