The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Fort Meade, MD seeks a senior financial manager at the GS-15 level under DHA. This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 9905.
DISA has been delegated authority by the Under Secretary of Defense to directly appoint qualified candidates possessing a finance, accounting, or management background related to the functions of the position to be filled.

To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the federal service or private sector. Qualifying specialized experience is defined as leading a team in comprehensive financial planning, resource allocation, and budget formulation for a large-scale enterprise or organization, which must include demonstrating ALL of the following:
