Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Waco, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials, and to supervise warehouse personnel.

You will staff, train, evaluate and develop the team, schedule activities to meet facility demands, maintain inventory levels, and ensure secure assets while managing labor and operating budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required or consumer products/DSD experience.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
• Computer and database application skills required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification required upon commencement of work.

General Purpose
