Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Weekend Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in Olive Branch, MS. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and ensure procedures are followed while driving safety and productivity.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, leading shift meetings, managing payroll approvals in Kronos, and collaborating with managers to improve processes. A strong leadership mindset and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs performance reviews and uses Workday for ratings.
• Creates shift schedules and backs up payroll processing in Kronos.
• Provides timely communications to team leads and associates.
