The position is responsible for translating plans into execution while reinforcing performance, safety, and quality standards.

Essential Job Functions*

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
• Assign work and balance labor to meet volume and service requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance on the floor.

Physical Demands: Shipping/Receiving Heavy, lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs.
