Ervin Cable Construction, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Tulsa-based warehouse operations, lead staff, and ensure accurate material handling and inventory control. The role requires coordinating tasks, reviewing reports, and maintaining data integrity across systems.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 5 years of related experience, plus supervisory and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong supervisory/managerial experience with teams and contractors.
• Proven project management skills: planning, organizing, coordinating tasks.
• Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment.
• Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks; understand safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and lead warehouse personnel and supervisors.
• Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job description

A successful Warehouse Supervisor shall oversee warehouse personnel; ensure receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials by implementing, coordinating, and applying program, operations, and personnel guidelines and procedures; ensure accurate inventory records by conducting and organizing physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of materials handling equipment; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks and the functionality of each; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
