Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. The role includes hiring and training staff, planning daily work, and addressing performance issues while ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse experience, 2+ years in supervision, and forklift certification. Lean methodologies experience is a plus; BPM/ERP skills are valued for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing.
• Forklift certification.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring accurate orders and documentation.
• Manage receiving, packing, and inventory updates; supervise cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain work instructions; improve procedures to meet demand and customer commitments.
• Enforce safety regulations and interpret company policies for workers.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean enterprise practices across the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to support internal customers and department goals.

We look forward to hearing from you!Position Summary:Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and associated records. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.Position Responsibilities:Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving goods/items from production, packaging assemblies and receiving into finished goods, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by customer commitments, production schedules and work flow.Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments and serving internal customers.Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to make calculations such as freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Position Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldExperience:3+ years of warehouse experience2+ years of supervisory experienceExperience with lean methodologiesForklift certificationAPICS/CPIM certification is a plusWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Manufacturing EnvironmentLift up to 50 lbs. regularlyRequires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer : This list does not represent all physical demands.
