At Lamberts Cable , as a Warehouse Supervisor , you’ll will be responsible for controlling incoing and outgoing inventory. Forklift certified and proficient with various inventory managment systems .

What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor

• You will supervise warehouse staff
• You will build sound working relationships with management, office and construction staff, vendors, and customers.
• You will receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.
• You will set-up a stock issue and control system that will account for and track all materials used in our construction process.
• You will maintain all received inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
• You will assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.
• You will maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.
• You will conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.
• You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.
• You will assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.
• You will work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
• You are proficient with computer skills; database, word and excel.
• You possess a valid driver’s license (class "C" )
• You have experience operating a forklift
• You must be able to travel
• You are capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
• You are able to perform the essential functions required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
