Benchmark Electronics Inc in Winona, MN is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee warehousing personnel and systems, and direct daily operations. You will organize workloads, supervise material handling, and ensure accuracy, quality, and safe, compliant processes while coordinating with teams and improving inventory control.

The role requires a 2 year degree or equivalent, 2+ years in warehouse operations, and 1+ year in a leadership capacity, with strong communication skills and proficiency

Responsibilities

• Direct or support cycle count and inventory validation.
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for warehousing and inventory control.
• Provide regular status updates to management.

Summary

Supervise warehousing personnel and systems, and direct daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload in order to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials, once received, to their ultimate destinations. Supervise the proper handling, checking, and distribution of these materials.
• Review problems and discrepancy reports and either execute effective corrective actions or contact the appropriate personnel for resolution
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures
• Support Discrepant/Excess/Obsolete material processing to assure timely removal from production floor or warehouse
• Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets, or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control
• Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities

Compensation Range: $63,328.00 to $94,992.00 USD. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
