Job summary

JCPenney in Scranton, PA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team in delivering a great customer experience and store results. You will handle assigned store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for associates and customers.

You will train and model company values, perform POS transactions on designated shifts, and assist the Store Manager in daily responsibilities. Flexible evenings and weekends preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $11.75/Hr -USD $16.13/Hr.
