Job Description

The supervisor is responsible for coordinating administrative and office activities within the department, providing supervision for staff such as secretarial, medical, and data management personnel. The role ensures support services are delivered effectively and may assume higher managerial responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and schedule staff work to ensure proper staffing and facilities.
2. Ensure staffing for emergencies.
3. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff.
4. Review and improve work processes for efficiency.
5. Assist in budget and staffing requirements and develop expenditure reports.
6. Develop new methods to enhance service delivery and quality.
7. Coordinate with other departments for effective workflow.
8. Promote open communication and teamwork.
9. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
10. Manage personnel activities including hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
11. Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $65,074.21 to $88,433.55 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
