TrulyHired is looking for a Transportation Maintenance Services Supervisor in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you will supervise and manage the vehicular maintenance program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Your responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, leading a team, and maintaining accurate documentation of inspections and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory and communication skills, along with knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices.
The transportation maintenance services supervisor, under intermittent supervision, performs supervisory work with limited decision‑making discretion managing the vehicular maintenance program at assigned transportation staging site. Position supervises all servicing, scheduled maintenance, fueling, inspections, and minor repairs. Employee performs district‑level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Assistant Director of Fleet Services.
