Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Supervisor, Dispatch Management in a flexible role that can be remote within the specified city/region. You will lead a Roadside dispatch team, drive performance metrics, and coach staff to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in Transportation or Call Center fields.
• A related bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience is acceptable; master’s with 1 year also.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and excellent communication across teams expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead dispatch team to improve timeliness and efficiency.
• Provide training and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Step in to handle customer events and issues as needed.
• Adjust schedules and priorities to meet demand.

Compensation Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $55,600.00 - $83,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience Requires strong knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization Preferred Degree in related discipline strongly desired
