Vitalant is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to lead the transfusion services lab in Pittsburgh, PA. You will oversee staff, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate testing of specimens while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, CLIA high-complexity certification, and 3+ years of clinical lab testing experience including transfusion/blood banking, with 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing required.
• Three years of clinical laboratory testing experience to include one year of transfusion or blood banking required.
• Two years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Two years of reference lab experience preferred.
• State licensure (as required by regulations).

Responsibilities
