Job summary

Conduent is seeking a supervisor to ensure performance meets service level agreements and maintain reporting metrics. The role includes monitoring staff productivity, quality, and attendance, assisting with urgent cases, and ensuring timely deliverables.

You will help identify issues in processes and contribute to developing policies and procedures. Onsite work with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• College degree and two years’ supervisor experience in government service to consumers, preferably related to eligibility in health and human services.
• Clear written documentation, verbal presentations and interviews.
• Proficiency with standard software and systems.
• Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
• Onsite availability during some evenings and weekend hours.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $60-$64500k.
