About the Program:
This program is designed to provide candidates a fast-tracked opportunity to acquire operations knowledge, skills, and resources through a combination of learning activities, task-based assignments, hands-on work experience, and the chance to practice and develop leadership skills.
Our dedicated training program will prepare you for handling operations for a wide assortment of fresh, frozen, and dry inventory from all over the world and shipping orders to our customers across the country. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to attain a leadership role on the operations team at our fulfillment center in Clifton, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
Duration: 4 months contract; possibility of conversion
Location: Clifton, NJ or Belleville, NJ
Mentorship: Partner with key mentors throughout the program (including Regional Director of Operations)
