Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee and implement the construction program across field sites. You will supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

You will also be the primary contact with customers, developers, property owners, and utility companies, ensuring professional representation and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of telecom industry standards, practices, and regulations related to fiber optic and copper outside plant facilities.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and applicable engineering requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement the Company’s Construction Program, ensuring job sites follow rules and standards.
• Respond to call-outs as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and act as a primary contact with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalities.
• Coordinate, lead, and support crews, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety requirements, and standards.
• Organize and prioritize daily workloads and manage changing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Establish and communicate deadlines and adjust priorities as needed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, management, customers, and stakeholders.

What you’ll do

You will supervise and implement the Company’s Construction Program, ensuring each job site follows established construction rules, practices, standards, and policies.

You must be available to respond to call-outs as needed.

You will represent the company professionally and serve as a primary point of contact with customers, developers, property owners, utility companies, and municipalities.

What you’ll need

You have 3+ years of supervisory experience in the telecommunications industry.
