Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations and lead foremen and crews. The role involves organizing materials, coordinating labor, and ensuring on-time completion with strong emphasis on safety and reporting.

Local work with occasional travel is expected. The position requires telecom construction leadership, experience with MSA contracts, and solid Excel/database skills.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required
• Experience with telecommunications MSA contracts is strongly preferred
• Must have good computer skills specifically with database software and Excel
• Prior experience using Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor
• Verify locates, materials and billings
• Provide all required job reporting
• Complete as-builts and redlines
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

At TelCom Construction, as a Field Supervisor on our team, you'll be responsible for supervising the day to day aspects of the project. The purpose of this position is to provide communication and leadership to the Foreman and crews. local work with occasional travel.

What you'll do

• Supervise the day to day operations

• Job completion of assigned projects

• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members

• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor

• Verifying locates, materials and billings

• Providing all required job reporting

• Completing as-builts and redlines

• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives

• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required

• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred

• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel

• Prior experience working with google applications is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required

• Local work with occasional travel

• A valid driver's license with good driving record

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card

• Class A CDL license is a plus!

The wage range for Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 .
