TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring a Field Supervisor in Marion to oversee daily project operations and lead the Foreman and crews. The role emphasizes strong communication, safety focus, and reliable reporting, with local work and occasional travel to project sites.

The ideal candidate demonstrates prior utility-construction crew leadership, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and solid written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Prev. utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Good computer skills with database software and Excel.
• Experience with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations of the project.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
