TelCom Construction in Omaha, NE is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project activities and provide leadership to Foremen and crews. This salaried role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and material coordination for telecommunications projects with occasional travel to Council Bluffs, IA.

You will supervise operations, report on progress, organize resources, and ensure accurate billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred
• Good computer skills: database software and Excel
• Experience with Google applications is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Local work with occasional travel
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• DOT physical exam and medical card required
• Class A CDL license is a plus

What you'll do
