Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and reliable Dining Supervisor at Taylor University in Upland, IN. This is a full-time role overseeing dining operations and ensuring excellent guest service.

You will lead front-line staff, follow procedures, manage cash handling, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. AVI offers a family culture, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Successful team leadership experience
• Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
