Job Description

This position involves supervising or dealing Table Games during an assigned shift, emphasizing guest service and security of assets. It also aims to create an entertaining environment by providing courteous, friendly, and prompt service.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Encouraged to have three years of casino experience, preferably in Table Games.
  • At least 6 months dealing experience or successful completion of dealer school.
  • Must meet standards for dealing skill, including game knowledge, accuracy, speed, and game protection.
  • Knowledge of casino policies, procedures, and regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Willing to work any day and shift, including holidays.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a professional appearance.
Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive attitude and interact positively with guests and teammates.
  • Supervise Table Games and pit operations.
  • Deal various table game variations and understand all procedures and rules.
  • Monitor game equipment and check racks to ensure smooth play.
  • Perform quick mathematical computations for game outcomes.
  • Resolve guest disputes and escalate difficult issues appropriately.
  • Engage in guest development and interaction, including making comps and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with support departments for seamless service.
  • Report any suspicious activities and support safety/security measures.
  • Assist and coach dealers and staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Physical and Other Requirements
  • Ability to work inside and move around the table during entire shift.
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
  • Respond calmly to customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Memorize game rules and perform accurate mathematical calculations.
  • Good manual dexterity and excellent vision required.
  • Ability to tolerate smoke, noise, bright lights, and dust.

Starting pay is $30/hour, depending on experience. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and the company reserves the right to modify this description.
