Summary

The Supervisor - Switchboard Operators is responsible for the direct supervision of the switchboard operators who support the Maine Medical Center Biddeford/Sanford hospitals. This role oversees a team that manages telephone calls, direct communication traffic, paging announcements, and customer service to patients and visitors.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or managerial experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or as a dispatch/switchboard operator preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required:N/A
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer and data entry experience; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and electronic systems.
