• Maintain schedules for all aspects of construction.

• Ensure cleanliness on job sites.
• Approve invoices for completed work for Purchasing.
• Solicit proposals for subcontractor’s non-contract work as needed.
• Quality control of all construction aspects.
• OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Customer relations and new home orientations.
• Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers.
• Schedule inspections with municipalities.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and liaise with inspectors.

SITE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*APLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE BUILDING GROUD UP RESIDENTIAL CONSTUCTION (IDEALLY FOR A GC, BUILDER, OR DEVELOPER)

• Maintain of schedule for all aspect of construction
• Hold pre-construction meetings with subcontractors
• Walk projects under construction to ensure quality of construction, progress of construction and readiness for next trade
• Ensure cleanliness on job sites
• Approve invoices for completed work in place to forward to Purchasing Department
• Solicit proposals for subcontractor’s non-contract work that may be required for Purchasing review
• Quality control of all aspects of construction
• OSHA compliance on job sites.
• Customer relations and new home orientations
• Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers
• Schedule inspections with municipalities
• Ensure readiness for inspections and meet with applicable municipal inspectors during inspection process.
