Inmar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a production department in Atlanta. The role involves ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of operations, supervising associates, and preparing reports for management. Ideal candidates will hold an associate degree and have relevant supervisory experience, along with strong bilingual communication skills.

The warehouse supervisor supervises the assigned production department. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring associates are meeting key operating objectives in the areas of productivity, quality and safety. The supervisor ensures associates are following center and corporate guidelines for the efficient and safe handling of customer returns.
Primary Accountabilities:
Supervise associates in a production department of the facility.
Partner with appropriate departments to ensure all associates acquire proper training.
Prepare management information reports regarding operations.
Attend management meetings to discuss, analyze, and forecast facility operations.
Shift priorities to adjust to changing business demands.
Communicate in a professional manner with internal departments, outside vendors, and clients.
Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures in the facility.
Ensure facility compliance to Federal and State regulations.
Provide a safe, secure work environment in the facility.
Monitor, report, and work to prevent losses in the facility.
Approve all associate time worked and performance reviews.
Project staffing needs and participate in the interview and selection process.
Assure responsiveness to subordinate associates’ needs.
Ensure facility compliance of corrective action procedures including terminations.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and operations updates.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all SOP’s pertaining to facility and operations.
Conduct regular scheduled staff meetings with associates.
Required Qualification:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Management
0-2 year managerial/supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical, logistics, manufacturing, trucking, or warehouse industry. Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the responsibilities of this position.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritize work
Working knowledge of computers and programs specific to operations and operations reporting including MS Office (Excel, Word)
Proficient in G-Suite
Knowledge of warehouse safety and security practices
Ability to work under time pressure and meet production goals
Ability to assist other operations within the warehouse, as needed and if applicable
Ability to meet set production and quality goals and follow standard operating and safety procedures
Must have excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) communications skills
