Supervisor, Shift (Full Time)

Location: Piedmont - 1350 Walton Way, GA 30901. Online applications accepted only.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentoring, developing employees, encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
