Location: San Francisco International Airport - full-time

Pay Range: $22.40 - $23.40 / hour

Shifts: hours between 7:30AM - 4:00PM OR 4:15PM - 12:45AM

Company Background: Smarte Carte, Inc. is the leading concessionaire of self-serve vended luggage carts, electronic lockers, commercial strollers, massage chairs, and other passenger and guest services. Headquartered in St. Paul, MN, with operations across multiple countries.

Job Overview: Ensuring daily operational performance through leadership in service, maintenance, collections, and communication to enhance productivity, vend quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance and response to fluctuating workloads.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
  • Perform duties similar to Cart Associates, including collecting and transporting carts, providing customer service, and light cleaning.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to resolve work-related issues.
  • Review work to ensure proper performance, explain regulations, and assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
  • Inspect equipment, perform emergency maintenance, and report needs.
  • Assist with collections, recording money, and documenting meter readings.
  • Assess training needs and provide instruction as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Ability to obtain Airport Badging.
  • Driver's License required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift 40 lbs.
  • Push/Pull 75 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for the duration of shift.
