Job description

Supervisor, Service Operations

The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading frontline service execution at Curri. This role focuses on coaching and developing Service Representatives and Specialists, ensuring real-time queue coverage, and resolving escalations to deliver consistently reliable, high-quality customer outcomes. This role exists to strengthen day-to-day operational leadership and support as the service organization continues to scale, ensuring teams are supported in real time and consistently held to high performance standards.

What you will do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a frontline service team through weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s, with a strong focus on individual performance, accountability, and career development.

  • Own day-to-day service operations, including live queue execution, shift coverage, and adherence to service level commitments.

  • Serve as the primary escalation lead for complex deliveries and customer issues, exercising strong judgment under pressure and delivering top-tier customer service.

  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent training, engagement, and alignment to current processes.

  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, partnering cross-functional to implement scalable, long-term solutions.

  • Provide real-time guidance and decision-making support during high-volume or high-severity service scenarios.

What you need to have:
  • Proven frontline people leadership experience, with a strong coaching, accountability, and performance management approach.

  • Experience running real-time operations such as live queues, dispatch, logistics, or high-volume service environments.

  • Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced, high‑pressure situations.

  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate cross‑functional without noise.

  • Strong process discipline with the ability to follow, improve, and consistently reinforce SOPs.

Bonus Points:
  • Experience supervising service teams in logistics, dispatch, or last‑mile delivery environments.

  • Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching rather than individual heroics.

  • Comfort operating in fast‑changing environments with limited structure.

  • Strong operational instincts paired with a customer‑first mindset.

What's in it for you:
  • Lead and develop a high‑impact operations team with visible, day‑to‑day impact on the business.
