The Supervisor, Sr. Scientist serves as Principal Investigator for multiple research programs/projects. Provides leadership, mentorship, and direction to junior scientists and support staff. Collaborates with research leadership, serves as a scientific expert, and contributes to strategic planning. Secures funding through grant writing and publications, aiming for peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
Minimum $90,563; Midpoint $120,016; Maximum $149,427
Rate of pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, education, and position requirements.
Seeking an accomplished Supervisor, Senior Scientist to lead research in CAR T-cell development for pediatric cancer. Responsibilities include designing CAR T therapies, optimizing manufacturing, and testing in vitro and in vivo models. The role involves collaboration with clinicians, mentoring staff, and project oversight.
Required: 7+ years of research experience, supervising staff, securing funding.
Preferred: NIH funding track record.
Required: Doctoral degree in relevant sciences.
Preferred: Experience in CQI environments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
