Job summary

Renesas in Palm Bay is seeking a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations at Fab 59. You will oversee production and maintenance teams, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coach staff to achieve ambitious goals.

• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, yield, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and management teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support workforce planning, employee performance management, staffing decisions, and training initiatives.
• Manage shift operations and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
• Assist with budget administration and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Renesas is seeking a Supervisor,Semiconductor Manufacturingto lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee manufacturing operations, develop and coach employees, and ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational efficiency. Additional Information

This opportunity is on a compressed work week schedule which consists of 12-hour shifts 3 days a week one week, and 4 days the next, 6:45am to 7:15pm Sunday thru Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be aU.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
