A Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members, as well as the security of the hotel and property. This role supports the hotel's ongoing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

Responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks
• Coordinating and leading responses to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Promoting safe work practices among team members
• Monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision, evaluations, training, scheduling, and recognition
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents, writing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
• Performing duties of a Security Officer as needed
