Why Bally's?

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence, currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states. It also owns a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, expands its international footprint. Bally's owns Bally's Interactive International, Bally Bet, and Bally Casino, among other platforms.

With 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company also has rights to develop land in Las Vegas after the Tropicana's closure.

Following the merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally's will add four casinos across three states, including Iowa, and over 900 employees. The portfolio will include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also gain a significant stake in a global lottery management business through its investment in Intralot S.A.

The Role:

Supervises shift compliance with all company and regulatory regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Directs and supervises activities in the assigned zone, with the assistance of the Security force.
2. Trains Security personnel.
3. Coordinates regulatory procedures and company policies to ensure effective performance.
4. Assists Security Manager in security functions, including scheduling, alarm monitoring, and reporting disorder on premises.
5. Ensures proper staffing and reliefs for posts in their zones.
6. Evaluates personnel performance.
7. Conducts investigations as assigned.
8. Maintains vendors list and enforces CCC exclusion list.
9. Maintains records of undesirable patrons and liaises with Law Enforcement Agencies.
10. Performs background checks on new hires.
11. Maintains liaison with Investigation Units of other Casinos.
12. Performs Fire & Safety duties, including responding to alarms, instructing employees, and inspecting areas for fire code violations.
13. Operates motorized vehicles, such as company vans.

Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of games, casino rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of laws affecting the casino industry.
• Good communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
• Leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in casino security.
• Investigating experience is preferred.
• Valid NJ State Driver's License is required.
