Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm

Typical Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise team and provide training and coaching
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Understand and adhere to the company quality policy
• Follow the GXO 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement plans
• Maintain a clean environment

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability for flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or 3PL experience

Physical and environmental requirements include lifting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and working in hot or cold environments.
