Job summary

Nike Sawgrass in Sunrise, Florida is hiring a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) for full-time, 34-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. You will lead a high-volume team, guide customers to the right products, and deliver Nike’s Service Principles in every interaction.

Able to work evenings and weekends, you will help create engaging in-store experiences, manage daily tasks, and support teammates in achieving store goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stock products and build visual displays
• Attend store events and support teammates through strong teamwork
