Freshpet is hiring a Night Shift Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation on the 12-hour shift. You will supervise sanitation staff, implement programs, and ensure adherence to SQF, GMP, and FDA standards on the production floor.
Responsibilities include developing policies, maintaining budgets, coordinating training, and collaborating with QA to address sanitation issues and audits. This role requires physical stamina and adaptability in a pet-food manufacturing environment.

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and health standards for Freshpet food production facilities. This role will develop and implement Freshpet sanitation policies while overseeing all sanitation operators and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role also performs regular inspections adhering to food safety and quality standards and is responsible for maintaining budgets and inventory for the sanitation staff.
