Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to lead our sanitation crew at the Fort Worth, Texas facility. You will supervise, train, and coach staff, ensuring daily cleaning, safety compliance, and accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

As a key member of the operations team, you will drive GMP/HACCP adherence, develop standardized cleaning procedures, and partner with Learning and Development to close skill gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience supervising teams in a sanitation or manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach sanitation crew on proper procedures, safety (PPE, chemicals), and GMP/HACCP standards.
• Support the development of team skills by reinforcing standard work, training expectations, and modeling positive behaviors aligned with SIP values.
• Responsible for ensuring daily cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal thus ensuring completion of Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS)
• Inspect for unsanitary conditions, ensure adherence to all food safety regulations, and maintain records/documentation.
• Analyze and resolve work-related issues and support corrective actions for sanitation non-conformances.
• Ensure the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals following our GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Responsible for completion and updating Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS)
• Develop and partner with Learning and Development to develop standardized procedures for cleaning methodologies
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all sanitation activities, inspection results, and corrective actions.
• Contribute to the implementation of proactive sanitation strategies to support sustainable compliance and maintain audit readiness.
• Coaches, develops, and supports team members through regular feedback, performance conversations, and on-the-job training to build capability and accountability.
• Identifies skill gaps and works with Plant Leadership to ensure employees receive appropriate training, resources, and development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisory position
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
