Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend days in Pell City, AL. The role leads nursing operations on weekends, ensuring quality resident care while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited Nursing program degree, an active RN license, and strong leadership and communication abilities to mentor staff and coordinate weekend activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to effectively direct staff and foster a positive team environment.

Position Summary

The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during assigned shifts. This position ensures the delivery of quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional standards of nursing practice.
