What You'll Do:

  • Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
  • Maintain Client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
  • Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
  • Perform accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Preferred.
  • 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Position Summary

The Retail Supervisor (RS) is responsible for achieving and maintaining all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Representatives and Merchandisers within an assigned territory. This role involves working closely with Business Development Managers, Clients, Store Managers, and retail personnel to meet retail business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve retail excellence goals by building goodwill, ensuring timely new item placement, and completing retail projects.
  • Manage and direct retail personnel, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects to meet client goals.
  • Increase brand representation through establishing and maintaining trade and client relationships.
  • Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the placement of new items and ensure shelf standards meet client schematics.
  • Manage call coverage through scheduling and reviewing reports.
  • Control budgets and expenses, aiming to stay under budget and maintain excellent expense control.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly hire, train, coach, and develop reports using company-wide processes.
  • Delegate work and provide guidance and mentorship to indirect reports.

Travel and Driving Requirements:

  • Travel up to 30% is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years of applicable experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple duties.
  • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.

Environmental & Physical Requirements include physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various environments, including cold conditions. Travel and driving are essential duties.
