Job summary

Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA, seeks an Evening Shift, Supervisor, Respiratory to lead the Respiratory Therapy team. Work hours are 3 PM–Midnight, Monday through Friday, with some 3rd shift hours possible. Ideal candidate has supervisory and bedside experience in a critical care environment.

Education requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree; NBRC RRT credentials and BLS are required at hire. Magnet status hospital with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree required; alt: non-deg with RRT credentials considered.
• NBRC RRT credentialing and BLS required at time of hire.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in respiratory care.
• Minimum 2 years of bedside respiratory care experience in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise respiratory therapy operations in the evenings.
• Provide bedside respiratory care in a critical care setting.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
