Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Rentals Inside Sales Coordinators to ensure effective processing of leads, quotes, sales orders, QA checks/calibrations/RMAs, shipping, and invoicing
• Ensure rental equipment is maintained to required levels for quality, functionality, and appearance
• Monitor rental equipment utilization and scheduling to meet customers’ needs
• Complete and oversee daily customer invoicing and collections processes
• Assist with daily activities as needed to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Enter quotes, orders, equipment orders, and rent to own orders
• Partner with the demo assets, warehouse, service, and sales teams to meet customers’ needs
• Complete KPI reporting and track status to ensure the rentals business in meeting/exceeding KPIs
• Maintain and create work instructions and train team members on revised or new processes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with the customer care team to provide order entry assistance with finished goods orders
• Follow EH&S company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

This position is part of Evident Inspection Technologies division, which delivers solutions to complex challenges by inspecting mission‑critical assets and infrastructure. The division leverages nondestructive testing, remote visual inspection, and analytical instruments to support maintenance, manufacturing, and environmental applications. This position is onsite in Webster, TX.

The Supervisor will oversee the day‑to‑day Rental Business operations which include the processing of customer orders, quality assurance, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. This position will support the rentals sales coordinators and ensure this team receives training that will ensure their success in the areas of customer service, order processing, equipment functionality, and quality. This role requires a customer‑centric mindset by the supervisor and the ability to integrate this culture into their teams. This is an onsite position.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• Associate’s degree in business management/related area of study or equivalent knowledge and experience required

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Pay Range $60,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus 10% annual bonus target.
