Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore seeks a Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services to oversee daily operations across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. The Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rehabilitation programs, including physical therapy,
occupational therapy, and/or speech-language pathology services. This role ensures high-quality patient care,
regulatory compliance, and efficient departmental performance. The Supervisor provides leadership, guidance,
and support to clinical staff while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Occupational Therapist: Requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program;
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy earned prior to July 1, 2007, from an accredited program, with
current licensure and certification, may be accepted based on historical requirements.
Physical Therapist: Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and
current licensure. Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy earned prior to January 1, 2015, from
accredited programs, with current licensure, may be accepted based on historical requirements.
Speech Pathology: Master's Degree in speech-language pathology (Required)
Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of
relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
Salary Range: Minimum $45.65/hour - Maximum 79.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
