Supervisor Registered Nurse - Night Shifts

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Overnight Shift

Deptford Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Deptford, NJ.

Shift: Overnight, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

DUTIES

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Maintain documentation of resident care services
• Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership qualities and positive team management skills
• Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
